LAMBERT, LOUISE GREW - The death of Mrs. Louise Grew (Pendleton) Lambert, wife of the late Maxwell Cleveland Lambert, occurred on May 10, 2006, at the Passamaquoddy Lodge, St. Andrews, NB. Born at Deer Island on April 17, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Roy Grimmer Pendleton and Alice Devon (Grew) Pendleton. She leaves to mourn her daughter-in-law, Andrea Lambert; a sister, Gloria Hurley of St. Andrews; a brother, Allison (Greta) Pendleton of Lords Cove; four grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by one son, Richard, and two sisters, Myrtle Lord and Ruth Pendleton. Louise was a registered nurse by profession and spent many years working locally in the Red Cross Center, and later the Deer Island Health Center, and Fundy Hospital in Blacks Harbour. Her hobbies included sewing, knitting and traveling. She was a member of the Lords Cove Church of Christ, Deer Island. Resting at the Lords Cove Church of Christ from where the service will be held on Friday, May 12 at 1:00 pm, followed by interment in Mount Hope Cemetery. Visiting at the church on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. In Louise's memory, donations to the church, or a charity of the donor's choice, would be appreciated by the family.
