LIEFSO, Bruce Ronald - In loving memory of Bruce Ronald Liefso, 74 years, who passed away Friday morning, March 10, 2006 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - St. Joseph's Health Center. Bruce was born in Manitoba. He married Lorraine (Stinson) in 1955 in Sudbury. He never missed a day of work at INCO until he retired in 1991. He was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 76 and enjoyed playing cards there weekly for the past 30 years. Bruce will always be remembered for his great sense of humour and loving heart. Beloved husband of Lorraine (Stinson) Liefso predeceased 1998. Loving father of Mia (husband Dr. Nicolas Begin) of Ottawa and predeceased by Ron, 2001. Dear grandfather of Justin. Dear son of William and Elizabeth Liefso both predeceased. Dear brother of Ole of Little Current, predeceased by Alan, Joe, Irene, Carrie, Reginald, Archie, Irvin and Leonard. Dear brother-in-law of Pat, Joan and Margaret of Walkerton. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Special friend of Laurie and Ray Potrais. Special thank you to the Angels at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - St. Joseph's Health Center ICU Unit. Thanks to my cousins Debbie and Danny for their support. Committal Service in the Civic Cemetery, Second Avenue, Monday, March 13, 2006 at 11 a.m. A celebration of Bruce's life will be held at The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 76, Minnow Lake, Monday, March 13, 2006 from 12 noon to 2 p.m. Donations to the Lung Association would be appreciated.
