SMITH, Estella Emily (Crawford) — b. Nov.4, 1919, beloved wife of Wilton Smith, passed away peacefully at the age of eighty seven on March 4, 2007, at the Ottawa General Hospital. She leaves to mourn her sisters: Margaret (Frank Dolan), Winnifred (Elmer McCartney), Sylvia (the late Douglas Hague), Mabel (Cecil Rourke), Mildred (Elmer Hasulyo), her brothers: Walter (Doreen McLaughlin), Winston (the late Margaret McLaughlin) and many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and neighbors. She was predeceased by her parents, Henry Crawford and Gladys Billings, her sisters, Mary, Alice (the late Mervin Smith) and her brothers, Victor (the late Ruth Thomas) and Wesley (Therèse Pelletier). Friends and relatives are invited to join her husband and family at KELLY FUNERAL HOME (2370 St. Joseph Blvd., Orleans, Ottawa East, Ont.) Friday evening, March 9th, from 6 to 9 p.m. and at 1 p.m. Saturday. A service in the funeral home will follow at 2 p.m. For information call 613 837-2370. A funeral service and internment at Mount Hermon Cemetery will take place in Quebec City at a later date.
