CARRIGAN, WILLIAM PATRICK - The death of William Patrick Carrigan occurred on April 2, 2007 at his residence. William was born on Sept. 22, 1934 in Glace Bay, NS. As a young man he worked in the coal mines following in the footsteps of his father. William served in the Air Force for a number of years. He was a gentle man who was known for his generous spirit and his helping hand. For the last 30 years William has been a resident of New Brunswick. Resting at A. W. Cavanagh Funeral Home & Cremation Centre 91 Leinster St, with visiting on Tuesday April 10th from 12:00 pm to 12:45 followed by the service at 1:00pm in Cavanagh's Chapel and internment in Greenwood Cemetery. www.awcavanagh.com.
