GIASSON, Freda Mary - After a lengthy illness, at her residence, in Guelph, on Sunday, May 16, 2004. Freda (nee Dawes) Giasson was the beloved wife of the late Dollard (Mike) Giasson (1994). Loved mother of Hubert Giasson of Kitchener, Donna Bourque and her husband Raymond of Kitchener, Mary Hall and her husband Bill Willsono of Waterloo and Carole Giasson of Guelph. Dear grandmother of seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Survived by her sister, Madeline McRae and predeceased by six brothers and sisters. Resting at Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, "Dublin Chapel", 252 Dublin St. N., Guelph where the family will receive friends on Monday and Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, May 19, 2004 at 11:30 a.m. Interment Marymount Cemetery, Guelph. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
