MAYNARD, Fredrick Loyed - Passed away on Sunday, July 8, 2007. Born in Chatham 75 years ago, son of the late Washington Maynard and Florence Ion. Surviving are his wife Ruth (Peel), step- children Judith Stimpson and friend John O'Neill, Douglas Maynard and Wife Anne, Jim Maynard and wife Sandra all of Chatham, five step-grandchildren and five step great grandchildren. A brother Douglas “Joe“ Maynard, sisters-in-law Margaret Maynard and Betty Maynard all of Chatham. Predeceased by brothers Alfred, Jim, Norm, Kenneth and Casey Maynard. Fred was a member of the RCL Branch 628, the Imperial Club and the Loyal Order of the Moose #1692. A memorial service will be held at the BOWMAN FUNERAL HOME, 4 Victoria Avenue, Chatham (519-352-2390) on Thursday, July 12 at 11:00 am with Rev. Susan Jolley officiating.
