CLINGERSMITH, Margaret “Frances“ - a resident of Chatham passed away while surrounded by her loving family Tuesday July 17, 2007 at the Chatham Health Alliance Public General in her 86th year. Beloved wife of John for 64 years. Mother of Charlene Proudy (Ken), Robert Clingersmith (Brenda), Raymond Clingersmith (Christine) and Glen Clingersmith (Pam). Loving grandmother of Chrissie Laidlaw (Jeff), Marcia Daigneault (Charles), Adam and Nathan Clingersmith, Kevin Clingersmith (Jen), Kim Kraemar (Eric) and Jay Scott (Tracy). Great grandmother of Chloe, Quintin, Jaxon and Ella. Also survived by many nephews and nieces. Predeceased by brother Allan McGuire. While John served in the Royal Canadian Navy during WWII Frances worked supporting the war effort in Wallaceburg . She will be forever remembered by her Bond Room girls. The family will receive guests for visitation Thursday July 19, 2007 from 6-9 pm at the BOWMAN FUNERAL HOME, 4 Victoria Ave., (519-352-2390). A funeral service will be held Friday July 20, 2007 at 1:30 pm in the funeral home. Interment to follow in Maple Leaf Cemetery.
