SMITH, ZONA - Zona Smith of Picadilly, passed away at her residence on Saturday, July 7, 2007 at the age of 65. Born in Sussex, she was the daughter of the late Allwyn and Sybil (Snyder) Norrad and the wife of the late Lloyd Smith who passed away in 1991. Zona will live on in the hearts of her children, Darlene Doyle and Lisa Smith both of Picadilly and Jeff of Berwick; four grandchildren; four sisters, Gerry Proctor of Sussex Corner, Darlene Baxter of Saint John, Nancy Deveau of Saint John and Ruby McMackin and her husband, Pat of Sussex; five brothers, Paul Norrad and his wife, Shirley of Quispamsis, Ansel Norrad of Saint John, Jack Norrad and Pat Berry of Sussex Corner, Dale Norrad and his wife, Catherine of Massachusetts and Bert Norrad and his wife, Ruth, of Sussex; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Zona was predeceased two daughters, Wanda who passed away in 1961 and Ivy-Rose who passed away in 2004. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9. The Funeral Service will be held from St. Paul's United Church on Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at 11:00 am. The interment will take place at Lester Cemetery. www.wallacefuneralhome.com July 09, 2007
