Braedon (Brady) William Freeman Sept. 3, 2003 - July 1, 2007 SEXSMITH, AB - Braedon Freeman of Sexsmith, Alberta died tragically on July 1, 2007 at the age of three. He is survived by his loving parents, Melanie and Ian Freeman of Sexsmith, Alberta; siblings, Lainy Freeman, Jared Neufeld, Jarren Freeman; maternal grandparents, Dean Neufeld (Linda Kelly) of Grimshaw, Alberta and Linda Neufeld (Don Good) of Peace River, Alberta; paternal grandparents, Al and Shari Freeman of Clairmont, Alberta; and great-grandmother, Mary Beverley of Moncton, NB.; great uncles, Jerry (Therese) Freeman, Moncton,NB, Don (Sue) Freeman, Virginia, and great aunt, Faye of Newfoundland. Funeral was held on July 4, 2007, in Grimshaw, Alberta. An Angel Never Dies Don't let them say I wasn't born, That something stopped my heart, I felt each tender squeeze you gave. I've loved you from the start. Although my body you can't hold, It doesn't mean that I'm gone. This world worthy not of me. God chose that I move on. I know the pain that drowns your soul, What you are forced to face. You have my word, I'll find your arms, someday we will embrace. You'll hear that it was "meant to be" "God doesn't make mistakes". But that won't soften your worst blow, Or make your heart not ache. I'm watching over all you do, another child, you'll bear. Believe me when I say to you that I'm always there. There will come a time, I promise you, When you will hold my hand, Stroke my face and kiss my lips, And then you'll understand. Although I've ceased to breathe air, or gaze into your eyes, That doesn't mean I never "was" an angel never dies. July 10, 2007
