Attilio Calo April 22, 1924 - July 06, 2007 It is with heartfelt sorrow we announce the sudden passing of a most devoted husband and father at St. Joseph's Hospital on Friday, July 6, 2007 in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Maria (nee Graziani) for 59 wonderful years. Loving father of Carla Patenaude. Predeceased by his parents Carolina and Cosimo of Italy. Survived by his brother Romano (Piera), sister Anna (the late Giuseppe) of Italy, the late Luigi and Antonio of Italy. Also survived by brother-in-law Valentino (Anna) and sister-in-law Lucietta (Michele). Cherished uncle and great-uncle to many nephews and nieces in Canada and in Italy. Attilio was born in Gonzaga, Italy and immigrated to Canada in 1959. His heart was the happiest when he spent time with his family. He will be greatly missed. Many thanks to the staff at Ridgeview Long Term Care Centre and CCAC for their caregiving. The family will receive friends at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL, 43 Barton Street East (near James) on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers on Monday at 8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Anthony's Church on Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery.
