BARBEN, John Jack MMM, CD - (Retired Chief Director of Training for the Toronto Fire Department, Retired R.S.M. of the Toronto Scottish Regiment) - Suddenly, at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie on Thursday, March 8th, 2007. Jack Barben of Barrie, in his 78th year. Beloved husband and best friend for 59 years of Estelle Barben. Loving father of Loraine Charlebois and husband André, Carol Klue, Ron Barben and wife Amanda, and Robert Barben. Cherished grandfather and greatly missed by Marc, Paul and Nicole Charlebois; Jacklyn Klue; Cooper, and Hunter Barben. Dear brother of Helen and husband Joe D'Onofrio of Newmarket. Will also be missed by sister-in-law Pauline and husband Bud Gillap of North Carolina. Loving uncle of Michela, Deb, Deb, Paul and their families.
