SCHOUTEN, Adriana (1921-2007) - On March 14, 2007 our Lord called His servant home. Adriana, beloved wife of 57 years to Aart, who predeceased her in 2000. Caring and loving mother of Diana, Jeannette, Anna and her husband Aart, Bert and his wife Hendrica. Loved by grandsons David and wife Lianne, Kevin and wife Elizabeth, and Michael Schouten, Chris and wife Caroline, Jon and wife Dawn, and Aaron VanDonkelaar, Kyle and Justin Yates, and ten great grandchildren, Mikaela, Hannah, Emily, Liam, and Holly Schouten, Clair, Michael, Adele, Amelia and Benjamin VanDonkelaar. Survived by brothers Tijs and Joost and sisters Lijntje, Mien and Anna in the Netherlands. Arrangements by the STECKLEY-GOODERHAM FUNERAL HOME (201 Minet's Point Road at Yonge Street) Barrie. Last respects may be offered between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM prior to the Service of Remembrance and Praise to be celebrated at the First Christian Reformed Church, 33 Shirley Avenue Barrie Ontario on Saturday March 17, 2007. Her positive spirit, generosity and concern for others will be greatly missed by family and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations will be gratefully accepted for the Ontario Lung Association.
