PARKER, Dorian - (Former Mayor and Alderman 27 Years City of Barrie; Life Member of P.W.S.U. of Ontario and Sports Hall of Fame; Member of Barrie Business & Professional Women's Association, Collier Street United Church & Choir and Barrie Central Collegiate Wall of Fame; Recipient of the 25 Year Membership Council Award and International Rotary Paul Harris Award) - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dorian Parker. Dorian (nee Willoughby) passed away peacefully in her sleep at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie on Sunday, June 3rd, 2007 in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Fred E. Parker. Dear mother of Paul & his wife Pauline and Carol McLuhan all of Barrie. Loving Gran of Laura & Lesley Parker and Brent & Shannon McLuhan and Great-Gran of Damon and Ava. Dorian is pre-deceased by her parents Howard and Ida Willoughby, by her twin sister Doris Willoughby and by her brother Sgt. Lloyd Willoughby.
