McARTHUR, Marilyn (nee Leyland) At home, surrounded by her family on Friday, June 29, 2007, age 77. Survived by Ian her loving husband of 57 years, her daughters: Megan, Julia and Margaret (Lou Rovai) and son Ian (Hilary Parsons): her grandchildren Honor Rovai (John Nguyen) and Miles McArthur and her sister-in-law Charlotte Waller. Proud Auntie M to her nieces and nephews, both family and honorary. She was fiercely loyal to her family and lifelong friends, among them Betty Jorgensen, Betty Pangborn, Mari Snider and Bob Masson. Her grace, style and joie de vivre will be missed by all who knew her. Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street on Monday from 2-4 p.m. & 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be celebrated at St. Matthew's Anglican Church, 217 First Avenue on Tuesday at 4 p.m. Her family would like to express special thanks to nurse Kerri Schnob and Dr. John Forster.
