PETERKIN, Olive I. Olive passed away peacefully on July 1, 2007 at the Hospice at May Court in her 96th year, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was predeceased by her husband Maynard D. Peterkin, her brother Clifford Barr and sisters Ruby Wilkins and Ruth Hillock. Olive is survived by her daughter Barbara (Howard Easton) of Moncton, NB and granddaughters Wendy, Heather (Stewart MacDonald) and grandson Scott (Jodi) Easton. It was Olive's request there be no visitation. Private family interment at Pinecrest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated in Olive's name to the Hospice at May Court, 114 Cameron Avenue, Ottawa, ON K1S 0X1 or a charity of your choice.
