EDWARDS, Louise (nee Choiniere). Peacefully at the Griffith McConnell Residence on July 7, 2007. She was the wife of William Abner Edwards (deceased) and led a long and active life including several years of service in London, England, with the RCAF at the height of World War II. She is survived by her brother, Martial Choiniere, and his wife Clementine, sisters-in-law Esther Williams and Mildred Doe, brother-in-law Douglas Edwards, as well as well as many nieces and nephews. It was her wish that any donations should be made to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal. A service will be held at the funeral chapel of Wray-Walton-Wray, 5610 Sherbrooke St. West, Montreal, at 2 p.m. on July 10, 2007. (Visitation one hour before the service). The family wishes to acknowledge, and express appreciation for, the kindness and devotion to Louise of the staff at Griffith McConnell over the last several years.
