RAPOPORT, Sylvia (nee Bernstein). (1918-2007). Peacefully, on Sunday, July 8, 2007, in London, Ontario. Devoted wife of the late Edward Rapoport. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Terry and Brian Flumerfelt of London, Ontario, and Richard Rapoport of Montreal. Dear grandmother of Mark Flumerfelt of London, Robin Flumerfelt of Toronto, Lauren Flumerfelt Downe of London, Sheryl Flumerfelt Luttrell of San Francisco and Daniel Rapoport of Waterloo. Adoring great-grandmother of Joshua, Jordan, Noah, Maya, Naomi and Ben. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Belle and the late Sol Bernstein. Sister-in-law of Frances and Irving Yelnick of New Jersey, Rosalie and Al Gilbert, Miriam and the late Leo Rapoport of Ottawa, the late Miriam and the late Harry Shaikin of Ottawa. She will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Maya Baker for her loving care and devotion over the past four years. Graveside service on Tuesday, July 10 at 9:30 a.m. at the Shaare Zedek Congregation Section, Eternal Gardens Cemetery, Beaconsfield. Arrangements entrusted to Paperman & Sons.
