Alexander ROY

ROY, Alexander Former C.N.R. (1949 - 1982) Sgt., Black Watch, WWII Suddenly on July 5, 2007 age 85 years one month following the death of his beloved wife, Florence. Loved father of Graeme (Ewa) and Glenn (Louise) of Ottawa. Cherished grandfather of Katharine, Alexander (Sandy), Michael, Anne-Marie and Elyse Roy. Loved brother of Lilias Jones of Calgary. Alex will be deeply missed by friends, family and former colleagues. He kept many happy memories of his railway career in Cardinal and Ottawa. A Memorial Service for Alex and Florence Roy will be held at a later date this summer. Donations in Alex's memory may be made to Rideau-Perley Veteran's Home.
