McGUIRE, John "Jack" Alexander. Peacefully at Vigi Sante, Dollard on July 8, 2007, surrounded by family. Dearly loved husband of Elaine Thomson, cherished Dad of Heather (Terry O'Brien), Donna (Daniel Marginson), Lynn (Kelly Casbourne), Cathy (Mike King) and Susan. Proud grandad of Melissa, Christopher, Shannon, Leah and Holly. Admired for his strong work ethic and loyalty, Jack dedicated fifty years of service to Canadian Pacific Railway. Jack always enjoyed the company of family and friends, to share in laughter, jokes and good times. Resting at Collins Clarke MacGillivray & White Funeral Home 222 Autoroute 20, Pointe Claire. Visitation Tuesday July 10 from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service to be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. at Beaconsfield United Church 202 Woodside.
