Mabel LONG

CAMPBELL, Mabel (nee Long) 1917 - 2007 Peacefully passed away at the Barrie Memorial Hospital in Ormstown in her 90th year while surrounded by her family on July 9, 2007. Beloved wife of the late John D. Campbell (1996). Devoted and loving mother of Jack (Elizabeth), Malcolm (Sandra), Jane (Joe Coutts) and Gilbert (Kate). Cherished grandmother of Rachel, Julia & John Campbell, John & Daniel Coutts and Christina & Duncan Campbell. Survived by her two brothers Dalton (Wyneth), Royden (Lois) and sister-in-law Doris Catherine Long. Predeceased by her sister Doris Wilma (Henry Neilsen) and brothers Robert and Stuart. Mabel will be sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family will receive condolences on Thursday, July 12 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the McGerrigle Funeral Home Inc., 70 Lambton St., Ormstown. Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul's United Church, Ormstown on Friday, July 13 at 2 p.m., followed by interment at the Ormstown Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made t o the Women's Auxiliary of the Barrie Memorial Hospital, 28 Gale St., Ormstown, QC.
