MINTZ, Marcus. Passed away on July 9, 2007 at the age of seventy-two at his home in Encinitas, California after a brave battle with lymphoma. He was the son of the late Sophie and Charles Mintz. He is survived by his loving wife of fifty years, Roslyn; his children, Cindy, Neil and David; seven grandchildren, his sisters, Sylvia and Phyllis, daughter-in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins. He will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humor, honesty, generosity and creativity and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
