GIOVINAZZO, Michele “Mike” - It is with extreme sadness that the family of Michele Giovinazzo announce his passing on Monday, May 28, 2007 in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Tina Giovinazzo for 49 years. Loving father of George (Mirella), James (Cindy), Stella (Giuseppe Pazzanese), Nancy, Silvana and Julia (Paul Kundrat). Michele was the proud grandfather of Michael, Robert, Madelyn, Alexander, Olivia and Johnny. He will be missed by his brothers Salvatore (Immaculata), Rocco (Nancy), Pasquale, Domenic, sister Stella Agostino, sister-in-law Anna and brother-in-law John Morgetano (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Giorgio and Clementina, brother Antonio and sister-in-law Cathy. The family will receive their friends at J.J. Patterson & Sons Funeral Residence 19 Young Street, Welland on Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 9 p.m. where a Vigil will be held on Wednesday evening at 7 o'clock. Rev. Peter Walton will celebrate the Funeral Mass in The Parish Community of St. Kevin on Thursday morning at 11 o'clock. Rite of Committal at Pleasantview Mausoleum.
