CHRISTIE, Lucie-Anne - Peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer, at the Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Tuesday, June 5, 2007. Lucie-Anne Christie (nee Landry), in her 70th year, was the beloved wife of George Christie. Dear mother of Brian Christie of Mississauga and Donna Foster (Phillip) of Cobourg. Beloved grandmother of Blake, Tristen, Hannah and Devin. Sister of Louis, Tim, Jerry, Émée, Gérald, Gilbert, Claude and Mona, also Émerentienne, Robert, Robert and Lydia predeceased. Friends may call at the MacCOUBREY FUNERAL HOME, 30 King St. E., Cobourg on Thursday, June 7, 2007 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Michael's Church, Cobourg (corner of Division St. and University Ave.) on Friday, June 8th at 4 p.m.. Following cremation, interment St. Michael's Cemetery. Parish prayers will be said Thursday at 7:30 p.m. If desired, donations in memory of Lucie-Anne can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
