VIOLOT, Edith Beatrice (nee Sexton) - a resident of Chatham passed peacefully Saturday June 9, 2007 at Riverview Gardens in her 97th year. Dear wife of the late Ernest E. Violot (1977). Mother of the late Ronald E. Violot (1986), Denis K. Violot and his wife Florence, Carol Watson and her husband Mike, Raymond A. Violot and his wife Debbie. Beloved grandmother of 9, great grandmother 12 and great great grandmother 4. Survived by daughter in law Helen Violot , niece Doreen Lozon and nephew Donald Lozon. Predeceased by sister Winnifred Lozon and grandson Randy Violot. Edith was born and raised in Chatham and was a resident of Arnold Street for the past 69 years. The family will receive friends and relatives Tuesday June 12, 2007 from 7-9 pm at the BOWMAN FUNERAL HOME, 4 Victoria Ave, Chatham (519-352-2390). A funeral service will take place Wednesday June 13, 2007 at 11:00am in the funeral home. Interment to follow in Maple Leaf Cemetery.
