FARMER, Wendy - Loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend to so many. Passed away at home in England on Friday June 1, 2007 at the age of 63 after a brief and courageous struggle with cancer. Wendy was known to all as a worldly and spiritual lover of poetry, art and photography inspired by children and often unnoticed details in nature and everyday life. She formerly lived in the Waterloo area and in Sault Ste Marie, Ontario. Wendy will be forever loved and cherished by her husband Patrick Farmer, her children Sarah Hamilton Wright and husband Stan, Alistair Hamilton and wife Laura, Louise Robarts and husband Todd, and Pamela Hamilton and husband Alain Marrero, and grandchildren Graeme, Edie, Grace, William, Ella, Holly, Charlotte and Ethan. Also loved and missed by her brothers Michael and John Slay, her former husband Dr. Ronald Hamilton, her step children and extended family in the U.K., Australia and New Zealand. Friends and family are welcome to attend a celebration of Wendy's life on Wednesday June 13, 2007 9:00 a.m. St. George's of Forest Hill Anglican Church 321 Fischer Hallman Rd, Kitchener ON.
