Ethel Jean SHAW

SHAW, Ethel Jean - November 6, 1918 - June 9, 2007 - Passed away peacefully at the Oak Terrace Nursing Home in Orillia on Saturday, June 9, 2007, in her 89th year. She was predeceased by her husbands Alvin Wallace and Malcolm Shaw Sr. She will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her children; Betty and Ronnie Shaw of Orillia, Ken and Vi Wallace of Campbellford, Gloria and Mike Morden of Lindsay, Donny and Jackie Wallace of Trenton, Rose and the late John Wark of Chatham, and Pat and Arnold St. Peter of Eldon Station. Beloved step mother to Dorothy and Lloyd Speerin, Shirley and Ken Orr, Bill Shaw, Audrey and the late Albert Pye, and Myrtle and the late Willard Simcoe all of Orillia. Ethel will remain an everlasting “Ray of Sunshine“ to her numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. The families would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Rhonda Shaw for all her loving care and special time spent with grandma. Visitation at the MACKEY FUNERAL HOME, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay (705-328- 2721) on Thursday, June 14th from 11:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service in the chapel at 1:00 p.m. Interment at Riverside Cemetery, Lindsay.
