CHOUINARD, Mrs. Pierrette (née Thomas) 1946-2007 It is with sadness that the family announces her death at the Anson General Hospital in Iroquois Falls, on Tuesday, June 12th, 2007 at the age of 60. Beloved wife of Fernand Chouinard of Iroquois Falls and dearest mother of Patrick (Susan) Chouinard of St. Catherine's and Lynne (Vern) Jessup of Powell River, B.C. Cherished grandmother of Joel and Camille Chouinard and Hunter Jessup. She will be sadly missed by many brothers and sisters-in-law. She will remain in the memories of her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Lionel and Laura Thomas, her brother Gaston Thomas as well as her sister Jeannette Chouinard. Friends will be received at Salon Funéraire Irvine & Irvine Funeral Home, 641 DeTroyes Avenue, Iroquois Falls, on Thursday, June 14th, 2007 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, June 15th, 2007 at 11:00 am at Sts Martyrs Canadiens Church with Father Katuka officiating. In memory of Pierrette, a tree will be planted in Memory Woods. A tree grows, memories live. Donations may be made to the Canadian Liver Foundation and would be appreciated by the family.
