DeROO, Ge - Peacefully, the Lord saw fit to take into his loving arms, Ge DeRoo of Fonthill on June 14, 2007. She was the devoted mother of George (Joyce) of Wellandport, Louise of Toronto, Margaret (Henry Veld) of Fonthill, and Theresa (William van Wijngaarden) of Toronto, also the grandmother of Mike & Carrie DeRoo (Nathan), Kristen & Dave Vanderberg (Gabrielle), Jeremy & Heidi DeRoo, Neal & Tanya DeRoo, David & Sarah Veld, Carolyn & Richard Saari (Mya), Douglas Veld, Arie, Alice, Emma, Ellen & Marinus VanWijngaarden. She joins her husband Hendrik in heaven after 45 years as well as her granddaughter Sheri DeRoo. Ge loved to walk, sew, and garden in addition to many hours of volunteer work. The family will receive friends at the LAMPMAN FUNERAL HOME, 724 Canboro Road, Fenwick, on Sunday June 17th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted from the Grace Christian Reformed Church, 660 South Pelham Street, Welland on Monday June 18th at 11:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations gratefully accepted for Christian Reformed World Relief Committee. 10703369
