DOBRINT, Ellen (Nell) (nee Fear) - It is with deep sadness that the family of the late Ellen (Nell) Dobrint (nee Fear) announce her passing away, peacefully at Shaver Hospital on June 16, 2007 in her 89th year. She was born in Brantford, Ontario. Ellen is predeceased by her husband Jack Dobrint (Baumpa) (March 17, 1995). Mother to Jack Dobrint (Lynn) and Rosemary (Austin). Grandmother to Kevin (Karen), Michael (Anne Marie), David (Maria), Melanie, Mark Austin (Melissa). Great-grandmother to Kristopher, Jeromy, Julia, Jesse and Taylor. Ellen is predeceased by her great-granddaughter Emily Jean Phillips (April 11, 2006), her favorite son-in-law Garry Austin (1983) and her life long friends Olive Dunn and Frances Kennedy. She didn't have a lot of material effects during her lifetime, but she was willing to share whatever she had with others. Her family came first with her above all else. She enjoyed her gardens at her home, especially her moon flowers, and going to bingo every Saturday afternoon; and was a member of Elm St. United Church. The family will receive friends at the HULSE & ENGLISH FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 75 Church Street (905-684-6346) on Monday, June 18, 2007 from 2-4 and 7- 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. at the Elm St. United Church, 11 Elm Street.
