DEAN, Hazel - Passed away after a brief illness in her 90th year at Niagara Health System (St. Catharines Site) on Tuesday June 19th, 2007. Beloved mother of Jerry (Francia) (Late Barbara) and grandmother of Susan (Late Tim) Commerford, Jerry (Bev), Brian (Lori), Karen (Tom) Keszthelyi, Fraser & James. Step grandmother of Alma (Gerald) Conception and Amy (Voltaire) Molina. Great grandmother of 11. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Hazel was employed at Domtar paper retiring after 35 years in 1982. Later at Paramed Health Services for 15 years. Cremation with PASSFIELD MORTUARY SERVICES with interment at Lakeview Cemetery (Thorold) Friday June 22, 2007 at 2 p.m. Celebration of her life at 74 Carriage Road, St. Catharines, following the interment.
