VALERIO Nella (nee Pisani) Valerio passed away at the Welland Hospital on Monday, June 18, 2007 in her 87th year. Beloved wife of Nick for 58 years. Loving mother of Tony (Louise) and Philomena Pieterse (Wally). Cherished grandmother of Tony (Anne Marie), Stephanie (Mark), Melanie (Zijad) and Julie. Dear sister of Frank Pisani. Nella will be lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Antonio Pisani, mother Rosina (nee Aceti) Pisani, sisters Philomena and Bianca and sister-in-law Marguerite Pisani. The family will receive their friends at J.J. Patterson & Sons Funeral Residence 19 Young Street, Welland on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where a Vigil will be held at 8 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church on Friday morning at 10 o'clock. Rite of Committal at Holy Cross Cemetery.
