McWILLIAMS, Dorothy (nee Jones) - In loving memory of Dorothy McWilliams, 86 years, who passed away Thursday, July 12th, 2007 at the Extendicare-York, Sudbury. Dorothy was born in Killamarsh, England. She married John McWilliams in Toronto and she had lived many years in Dowling. A proud Canadian she served in the Canadian Army during WWII overseas and she was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 503, Onaping Falls. She enjoyed sewing, reading and travelling. Dorothy was devoted to her loving family especially her precious grandchildren. Beloved wife of John McWilliams predeceased 1987. Loving mother of Kenneth and Sue (husband Ray Lecompte) both of Sudbury, and Danny (wife Cookie) of Chelmsford. Cherished grandmother of Cory, Katie, Kyle and Kelsey. Dear sister of Edna Tongue and Keith Jones both of Sheffield, England, and the late George and Lenard Jones both predeceased. Memorial Mass in St. Stephen the Martyr Church, Dowling, Saturday, August 11th, 2007 at 11 a.m. Cremation with interment in the family plot at the Chelmsford Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated. Friends may gather at the Church after 10:45 Saturday, August 11, 2007).
