FAVA, Giuseppe - In loving memory of Giuseppe Fava, 79 years, who passed away Saturday, July 28th, 2007 at the SRH - Laurentian Site. Giuseppe was born in Figline, Vegliaturo, Cosenza, Italy and married Iginia “Gina“ (DeChellis) in 1954 in Sudbury. Giuseppe came to Sudbury in the early fifties from Italy. A longtime and well liked Gatchell resident, he had been a smelter worker at INCO having 33 years service retiring in 1986. He was an avid gardener whose green thumb produced a bountiful harvest of vegetables. He will be remembered as a good neighbour who was always quick to help others. Giuseppe was devoted to his loving family. Beloved husband of Iginia “Gina“ (DeChellis) Fava of Sudbury. Loving father of Maria (husband George Franks) of Toronto, Florence (husband Gerhard Mohr) and Giacomo (wife Wendy) both of Mississauga. Cherished grandfather of Olivia. Dear son of Giacomo and Maria (Cardemone) Fava predeceased. Dear brother of Lena predeceased, Rita Adamo (husband Francesco predeceased) of Italy, Aldo (wife Virginia) and Franco (wife Ilde) both of Sudbury and Tonina Adamo (husband Mario) of Hamilton. Dear brother- in-law of Velia Pugliese (husband Fazzaro predeceased), Elisa Del Fante (husband Egidio predeceased), Fernando DeChellis and Anna Beharry Singh (husband Derek). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Resting at the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME, 252 Regent St. at Hazel St. Funeral Mass in St. Anthony's Church, 19 Mary St. Sudbury, Tuesday, July 31st, 2007 at 10 a.m. Interment in the Civic Cemetery Prayers 7:30 p.m. Monday. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Fund or Cancer Society would be appreciated. (Friends may call 2 - 5 and 7 - 9 p.m. Monday). 10761628
