Mae GALL

GRIFFIN, Mae (nee Gordon, nee Gall) - At the North Bay General Hospital on Tuesday March 13, 2007. Predeceased by her first husband Archie Gordon and her second husband Bill Griffin. Loving mother of Heather MacFarlane (John) of South River and grandmother of Gordon (Lindsay), Bob (Shelley) and Matthew (Julie). Proud great grandmother of Nathan, Wyatt, Emmitt, Dylan, Avery, Amy, Emma and Rhett MacFarlane. Survived by her sister Eileen Holmes (Bud) and niece Lana Atkins. Sadly missed by the Schlosser Family: Karen and Marty, Deanna and Kevin and Andrew and Katherine and by the entire Crockford family. Mae was very active in the community. She was a member of the Evans Pride Lodge, the Sons of Scotland, the Catherine Gibson Group W.I., the Ladies Auxiliary of the United Transportation Union, Laurier Avenue United Church and an avid curler and bridge player. Funeral Service will be held in the MARTYN FUNERAL HOME (across from city hall) today at 11 am. Spring interment at the Terrace Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the World Wide Wellness and Pain Control Organization or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
