Ronald Edwin FREDERICK

FREDERICK, Ronald Edwin “Ron“ - Peacefully at Eastholme on April 19, 2007, with family by his side in his 90th year. Ron was the beloved husband of Grace (Towns/Dobbs) of Powassan and predeceased by his wives Doris (Humphrey) and Marguerite (Hancock/Adams). He was the loving father of Linda Frederick-Harris of Oshawa, Shirley Moore (Pat) of Lake Nipissing, Carol Robertson of Prince George, B.C., and step-father of the late Shirley Cameron, the late Vivian Wardell, the late Doreen Belanger, Daryl Dobbs of Lindsay, Marvin Dobbs of View Lake, Dianne Moores of Blackstock, and Bob Dobbs of Oshawa. Ron was the proud grandfather of Kimberly Moore, Scott Harris, Jason Robertson and Julie Bolton, Brian Belanger and many other step- grandchildren, and great-grandfather of Dylan Harris, Elliot & Oliver Bolton. He was the dear brother of Art Frederick of Bracebridge, Florence Phillips of Azilda, Doug Frederick of Callander, Mervyn Frederick of North Bay, and predeceased by siblings Edna Leggett, Gordon Frederick, Irene Higgins, Ida Frederick and Marg Courchesne. He will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. The family will receive visitors at the Paul Funeral Home on today, Saturday from 7 to 9 pm and on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Masonic Lodge #443 Tribute will be conducted on Sunday at 7 pm. The funeral service will be conducted on Monday at 11:00 am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Boxwell Cemetery.
