MACLAREN, Frederick White Peacefully in Ottawa on Monday, July 9, 2007, at the age of 82, with his family by his side. Dear husband of Nancy, loving father of Ginny of Toronto, Leith (John Walter) of Naperville, Illinois, Fergus (Wendy Duffy) of Chelsea, Quebec, Andrew (Mireille Benge), of Ottawa and Ross (Kelly Quinn) of London, England. Cherished grandfather to Christopher and Jeffrey Walter and Margot and Henry Maclaren. He also leaves his brother Don Maclaren of Ottawa. His family would like to thank his caregivers for their kindness and comfort in his last years. At his request a private family service and interment has been held. If desired, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Community Foundation of Ottawa or the Salvation Army. Published in the Ottawa Citizen on 7/17/2007
