POWELL, Dorothy On Tuesday, July 17, 2007. Former Research Advisor in the International Department of The Bank of Canada and later Advisor to the Executive Director for Canada at the International Monetary Fund in Washington. Left to mourn is her sister Margaret Kemp (Garry) and her nieces and nephews; Merelie Kemp (John), Peter Kemp (Wendy), Cindy Burwell (Rich) of Geneva, Doug Burwell of Renfrew and Robert Burwell of Montreal. A service will be held at the First Unitarian Congregation of Ottawa, 30 Cleary Ave. on Monday, July 23, 2007 at 2 p.m., with a reception to follow.
