MacDOWALL, Isabel J.L. (nee Sparrow) Businesswoman & Entrepreneur Isabel passed away peacefully Thursday evening, July 19, 2007 at Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital. Daughter of the late Arnold and Isabel (Moffat) Sparrow. Predeceased by her husband Earle H. MacDowall in 1996. Loving mother of Rev. Garry (Judy), Gail (Jack) Cameron, Gordon (Gail), Ilene (Jim) Lavoie, Arnold (Janet), Arnita (Ron) Kauffeldt, Myles, Kirk (Nancy) and Kimberley. Dearest grandmother of 15 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her sister Elizabeth Campbell (H. Ross), brothers Alexander (Irene) Sparrow, Herbert (Tena) Sparrow and sister Madeline Sparrow. Our mother died as she had lived, making her own choices with strength and dignity, an unconditional love for her children, and a strong faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. Resting at The Boyce Funeral Home, Chapel, Visitation and Reception Centre 138 Daniel St. N., Arnprior where friends may pay their respects on Sunday 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm only. Thence to Emmanuel Anglican Church in Arnprior for funeral service on Monday, July 23, 2007 at 11 a.m. Following a luncheon in The Carleton Reid Hall, the funeral cortege will leave for burial service in St. Mark's Anglican Cemetery at Pakenham.
