Eileen JEFFERSON

OBITUARY EILEEN BOYLE (Nee JEFFERSON) 1918-2007 Eileen passed away suddenly on July 11, 2007. Predeceased by her husband, John Patrick, her parents, and all her siblings. She leaves behind her children Kevin (Marisa) of Calgary AB, Terry of Courtenay BC, Neal (Ruth) of Richmond BC, and Maureen (Stefan) of Knoxville TN. Her four grandchildren: Jefferson, Alexandra, Darren, and Charmaine. Born and raised in Montreal, Eileen worked in retail management until she moved to Vancouver in 1990 to be closer to her children. Always the life of the party, she loved playing the piano and singing. Her mind was kept sharp by her love of crossword puzzles and she was always a worthy opponent at Scrabble and Cribbage. A Mass of Christian Burial was held in Richmond, BC on July 17, 2007 for the immediate family, followed by cremation. Strong and independent to the age of 89, Eileen will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.
