KAUFMANN, Elliott. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elliott on July 21, 2007. Elliott was the loving husband of Frances Klein with whom he spent several happy, wonderful years. Father to Michael, Stephen and Paul, step-father to Cheryl, Ronald and Mitchel, grandfather to Maureen, Rachel, Zachary, Talia, Aaron and Joel and a friend to many. He was predeceased by sisters Bernice, Mina and Rosalind and is survived by his aunt Evelyn and cousins Bob and Julia Levine, Helen Clark and others. At seventy-seven years old, Elliott lived a full life, working, playing, creating, loving, 30+ years of dedicated service to the Canadian Ski Patrol, always in motion, always reaching for the next horizon. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed. Memorial service to be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at 1 pm at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex, 1297 Chemin de la Foret, Outremont, Quebec, H2V 2P9, (514) 279-6540.
