John A. Noiles GRAND BARACHOIS, NB - After a lengthy illness, John A. Noiles, age 69, of Grand Barachois, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Hospital on Saturday, July 21st, 2007. Born in Port Elgin, he was a son of the late Arthur and Sylvia "Ada" (Comeau) Noiles. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Florine of Grand Barachois; a son, Richard, PEI; step-daughter, Dorine (Jr.) Noel, Scouduc; four grandchildren; a brother, Bliss (Mickey) Noiles, Lakeville, NS; three sisters, Emma (Ivan) Trenholm, Moncton, Elizabeth Noonan, Riverview, Irene Lane, Melrose. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Jones Funeral Home, 3 Main St, Port Elgin, (538-2241) where visiting hours were held on Sunday. Funeral Mass will be celebrated from St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, Melrose, Monday, July 23rd, 2007 at 11 am, Father Allison Carroll officiating.
