Ruth Elizabeth LAWSON

CROMWELL, RUTH ELIZABETH - Ruth Elizabeth Cromwell, 66, passed away peacefully at the Victoria General in Halifax, N.S. surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, August 7, 2007. Daughter of the late Robert and Helen (Olsen) Lawson of Rexton, N.B., Ruth was a nursing graduate of 1962 from Saint John General Hospital School of Nursing and retired from the Kidney Dialysis Unit at the Saint John Regional hospital. Survived by her beloved husband Allan Cromwell and her four children, Trudy Cromwell and her husband Peter Koval, Cindy and Brad Smith, Natalie and Mike Bishop and Greg and Cate Cromwell. A devoted grandmother to her five grandchildren Julia and Melanie Smith, Amelia and Matthew Cromwell and Alison Bishop. Also survived by her sisters Marylou Sypher, Jean Betts, Greta Copper and her brother Ken Lawson, several nieces and nephews and many good friends. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date. Any donations may be made to the Liver Foundation of New Brunswick. August 11, 2007
