HAWKINS, John Hubert - In loving memory of John Hubert Hawkins, 88 years, who passed away Saturday, August 4th, 2007 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - St. Joseph's Health Centre. Beloved husband of Phyllis (Morse) Hawkins of Hanmer. Loving father of Marylin (husband John), Pat (husband Ralph), Geneva (husband Howard) and Delora (husband Gerry). Cherished grandfather of Jennifer, Terri, Katherine, Kenny, David, Allan, Luanne, Susan, Glenn and 15 great-grandchildren. Dear son of Almon and Lucy Hawkins both predeceased. Dear brother of Clara, Arnold, Harry, predeceased by Vera, Mary, Glenna, Adolphus, Garland and Thomas. Born in Beaver Harbour, New Brunswick, he married Phyllis in 1939. John worked at the INCO Smelter for 15 years. He was an avid wrestling fan and skilled at auto repair. John lived his faith and loved his family. Funeral Service in the LOUGHEED FUNERAL HOME Hanmer/Capreol Chapel, 4605 Michelle Dr., Hanmer Wednesday, August 8th, 2007 at 11 a.m. Cremation at the Parklawn Crematorium.
