SMITH, Jack Wilbert - In loving memory of Jack Wilbert Smith, 77 years, who passed away Friday, August 10th, 2007 at the Sudbury Regional Hospital - Laurentian Site. Beloved husband of Laurie (Rouleau) Smith. Loving father of Gary (wife Peggy), Jack and Darren (wife Barbara). Cherished grandfather of Johnathan, Samantha, Cyle, Sarah and David. Dear son of Steve and Pearl Smith both predeceased. Dear brother of Donny (wife Elsa predeceased), Billy predeceased, Gerry predeceased (wife Geraldine), Kenny (wife Marion predeceased), Marilyn Armstrong predeceased, Bobby and Carol (husband Raymond Lacey). Born in Sudbury, where he married Laurie in 1951. He worked at the INCO Refinery for 33 years, retiring in 1984. Jack was a talented and well known local musician, he loved music, especially jazz. At Jack's request there will be no public visitation or service. Cremation. Donations to the Spinal Muscular Atrophy Association would be appreciated.
