BURANT, Gloria (née Vaillancourt) - The family announces with sorrow her death, Sunday August 12th, 2007 at the SRH St- Joseph's Health Centre at the age of 67 years. Daughter of the late Arthur and of the late Jeanne (née Gagné) Vaillancourt. Beloved wife of Bronis “Barney“ Burant of Sudbury. Loving mother of Kevin (Lisa), Terry (partner Lise) both of Copper Cliff, Deborah (partner Barry Roque) of Killarney. Dear sister of Richard Vaillancourt (wife Anne) of Elliot Lake, Arthur Vaillancourt of Sault Ste Marie and Lance Vailllancourt of Sudbury. Also survived by 6 grandchildren, Sarah, Melanie, Matthew, Alex, Jade and Haylea. Will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Gloria worked many years at the General Hospital in the S.P.D. Department and in her free time enjoyed baking breads and pastries. The family will receive friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd., East (at Notre-Dame), Sudbury, Wednesday from 2-5 and 7-9:30 p.m, and Thursday after 9 a.m. A funeral service will be held Thursday August 16th, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. in the Co- operative Funeral Home Chapel, Sudbury.
