MCCARTER, Veronica Cecelia “Ronnie“ - of Wallaceburg, passed away, Thursday August 16, 2007 at the Chatham Kent Health Alliance “Sydenham Campus“ in Wallaceburg, at the age of 79. She was born in Kinloss Township, Bruce County and was the daughter of the late Alphonse and Gertrude (Collison) Murray. Beloved wife of the late Keith P. McCarter (1980). Dear mother and mother-in-law of Pete and Debby McCarter, Mark and Cathy McCarter of Wallaceburg, Cynthia and Larry Moran of Port Lambton and Jim McCarter of Wallaceburg. Sadly missed by grandchildren, Laura, Keith, Kara, Josh, Dylan, Megan and Keeley. Kind sister and sister-in-law of Eleanor and Lorne Kraemer of Kinloss, Marty Dales of Smith Falls, Barb and Doug Schmid of Toronto, Elaine Fisher of Goderich, Leo Murray of Hollyrood, Frank and Bernice Murray of Teeswater, John and Amelia Murray of Clifford, Gerald and Nancy Murray of Hollyrood, Joan Murray and Gloria Murray both of Lucknow. Predeceased by two brothers Chuck and Ab, a brother-in-law Bob Dales and a sister-in-law Imelda Murray. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the ERIC F. NICHOLLS FUNERAL HOME, 639 Elgin St.,in Wallaceburg, on Saturday August 18, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Sunday August 19, 2007 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Monday August 20, 2007 at 11 a.m. from Knox Presbyterian Church, Wallaceburg. Visitation will be held from the church from 10-11 a.m. Interment in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg. As an expression of sympathy donations to the Canadian Cancer Society may be left at the funeral home.
