MCLEAN, Alice “Jean“ Margaret - Entered into rest at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre on Tuesday, August 14, 2007. Jean Logan, in her 94th year, was the beloved wife of the late George Melvin Hadley. Loving mother of Ruth (Mrs. Ken Sawyer) of Lindsay, Darlene (Mrs. Frank Simpson) of Cambridge, predeceased by her sons Ken and his wife Jean and Clark. Dear sister of the late Clara Connelly and John. Predeceased by her parents Wesley and Ethel (nee Steel) Logan. Dear grandmother of Karen and Alison Simpson, Carol Hadley, and predeceased by grandson Ken Hadley. Loving great grandmother of Connor and Riley Simpson. Fondly remembered by her cousin, best friend and caregiver Elizabeth Hurlburt. She will be missed by her companions Gigi, Fifi, Happy, Taffy and Peter. Visitation was held at the MACKEY FUNERAL HOME, 33 Peel Street, Lindsay on Thursday, August 16th from 2:00 p.m. until the time of funeral service in the chapel at 3:30 p.m. Interment at Riverside Cemetery, Lindsay. Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or St. Paul's Anglican Church would be appreciated by the family. Order of Eastern Star service was held. 10784660
