PARTHENAIS, Jean-Noel (John) - Mr. Jean-Noel (John) Parthenais passed away peacefully after a long battle with dialysis on Wednesday, July 25, 2007. Age 82 years. He leaves behind his loving wife and companion of 62 years Aline Desforges, his loving daughter Odette and Charles Ferguson, of Cornwall, son Leo and Saija Parthenais of Manitoba, three grandchildren, Tony Prince of Sudbury, Alain and Julie Payette and one great grandson, Tanner Life. Dear brother of Rejeanne and Donald Seguin of Hamilton and Jeannine Dumenko of Calgary. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother and father Pierre Parthenais and Jeannette Gagnon, one daughter, Lucille Parthenais Miller, four brothers, Cleophas, Edward, Rheal and Louis Parthenais and two sisters, Regina Tessier and Simone Bourgeois. Resting at the BOULERICE FUNERAL HOME LTD., (613- 932-5455) 218 Montreal Road, Cornwall, Ontario on Friday, July 27, 2007 from 2 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2007 for Mass of Christian Burial in St. Felix-de-Valois church at 11 a.m. Cremation in South Branch crematorium, Cornwall, Ontario. Rite of Committal in Nativity cemetery at a later date. The family will be in attendance on Friday, July 27 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. & 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday, July 28 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. As expressions of sympathy, Memorial Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Cornwall Dialysis Clinic would be appreciated by the family. 10759004
