MAJOR, Rena - It is with great sadness that the family of Rena Major announces her passing on Friday, July 27th, at the age of 91. At the Cornwall Community Hospital, McConnell Site. She was predeceased by her husband the Late Alphonse Major. Born in Williamstown she was the daughter of the Late Tim and Amy (Bray) Latreille. She is survived by her two sons Bruno (Karla) and Russell (Monique) of Williamstown, her daughter Mrs. Mary (Late Roch) Addison of Winnipeg, her sisters Mrs. Connie (Late Edward) Doyle, of Windsor, Mrs. Alice (Late Bill) Portant, of Cornwall, her brothers Donat of Cornwall and Marcel of Williamstown. She will be sadly missed by her 8 Grandchildren and 14 Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter Sheila, her sister Yvette, brothers Emile, and Russell. Resting at MCARTHUR BROS. & MACNEIL FUNERAL HOME, 428 Second Street East 613-932-6300, from Tuesday, July 31st, 2007. The family will be in attendance from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. on Tuesday and from 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 1st, 2007. Funeral Mass will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 1st, at St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Williamstown. Interment to follow in church cemetery.
