KOCHANOFF, Dorothy, Alice- 67, died July 28, 2007 in Montreal, PQ. Dorothywas born in Niagara Falls, Ont. where she graduated from Stamford Collegiate Institute and the Greater Niagara General Hospital of Nursing in Niagara Falls, Ont. She practiced as a registered nurse in Toronto (Mount Sinai, Wellesley), Kitchener (St. Mary's) and Niagara Falls, Ont., The Cornell Medical Centre at the New York Hospital in New York, NY, and the Monavale District Hospital in New South Wales, Australia. From 1966 to 2002, she served as a nurse in Montreal. PQ working at the Reddy Memorial, The Royal Victoria and the Montreal Jewish Hospitals and in private duty with terminally ill patients. Dorothy is survived by two brothers, Robert his wife Cindy Kochanoff of Buffalo, NY, and Stanley and his wife Peggy Kochanoff of Falmouth, NS, a sister-in-law, Lynn Coach nee (Weir) Beamsville, Ont. and also her feline companion, 'Sinbad'. She is also survived by nieces, Bonnie Bodnar (Gus), Karen Dixon of Niagara Falls, Gail and Dawn Kochanoff of Buffalo, NY, Deborah Levy (Andrew), Mississauga, Ont., Chris Coach, Beamsville, Ont. and nephews, James (Avai) Kochanoff and Thomas of Halifax, NS, Ivan Kochanoff, (Linda) Buffalo, NY, Bill (Patricia) (Port Colbourne, Ont.) and David Dixon, Niagara Fall, Ont. and Rick Coach (Debbie), Semi Valley, Cailf. She was predeceased by mother and father, Doris and Stanley, sisters, Dushka & Florence of Niagara Falls, Ont. and brother James Coach. Beamsville, Ont. A memorial service for family and friends will be held in Niagara Falls, Ont. at a later date. 10774099
